Use the central locking button for the doors. Petrol is at rear left. If you're not confident with the gas nozzle maybe ask for help at the servo. The side door can be a bit temperamental, it closes slightly off centre but it does close in a secured way. sometimes it needs a bit of extra energy. Gas / Petrol is just to the left of the steering wheel. Stick to petrol in the city or anywhere with traffic lights or where you'll need to stop regularly or drive with low revs. Save Gas for the highways and motorways where you can coast. try to get into the habit of locking the pull-out drawers when you're driving, if you forget you'll hear them crashing around in the back. Check the voltage on the fridge display. If it's below roughly 11.8, it is too low and won't be able to power most devices. Ideally you want that fridge display to show between 12.8 and 14 before you use any given device. If the voltage is too low (because the solar panels haven't had any sun and the van hasn't been driven for a while) the inverter will just short out, the button that turns green when you power it up will go red. You just need to turn it off an on again. Battery needs a bit of voltage to be able to run the Nutri Bullet. The little pump for water is just USB powered. It lasts forever but if it happens to run out of batts you can charge it from the inverter no problem. The wireless phone charger might seem like it's not charging your phone, if that's the case, check the position of the phone, it needs to be propped up to the top to charge. If the side door curtain falls down it's easy to fix, the pole tightens / loosens with twisting. Its obvious where it's housing is on the wall, just place it in its housing then twist accordingly.   We had a fantastic experience with Van Gogh and Dave has been great to work with. Dave will be the first to say that Van Gogh has her 'battle scars' as in a few dents, scratches and rattles but we enjoyed her character and found Van Gogh comfortable as a couple cruising down the coast. She is not fast, especially uphill but that suits us just fine. Dave is very responsive, flexible and easy to work with. We encountered an issue with a belt and he was on top of getting us support, within 30 mins we had someone helping us, all on a Sunday during the holidays. We had a blast and can highly recommend Van Gogh

  Van Gogh is the perfect van for a solo traveller. All the space you need for storing and being comfortable. I'd really like the set up with your own sink, which is very handy. The van is well equipped for cooking. Dave is very kind and accessible. He made himself available to resolve my questions about the engine and the fuel tanks and was very understanding and supportive. I had the best trip I could wish for. Thank you
