Hiring rules
- Hirer must:
- Empty toilet cassette and clean out,
- Sweep and mop floor,
- Strip beds and fold linen,
- Ensure all crockery and cutlery is clean,
- Remove all rubbish,
- Return with full tank of fuel
- All toll fees, parking and speeding fines are to be paid by the Hirer plus an additional fee of $100.00 for processing.
- Please return by 10.30am on day of checkout. As check in is 3pm, late checkout only available on prior request where available. Any late checkouts are charged at $30.00 per half hour or part thereof.
- Excess for Insurance is $100.000. Kilometres included are 250 per day of hire. Excess km fee is $1.00 per km.
- Hirer must be 30 years of age or older.

Cancellations
Flexible
- Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
