Hiring rules
- No off road unless agreed with owner
- Able to boil and use grill but no meals that will cause lingering smells.
- Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Cancellations
Flexible
- Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

Philip 5.0We had a great time. The van was comfortable, although not new (we knew this beforehand). The owners were friendly and provided all the info we needed. This was our first caravan trip. The van was big enough to be comfortable (2 adults and 2 kids), but still a reasonable size to tow. We will hire again if we don't buy our own.
