Additional information
The caravan is ONLY available for delivery and collection from an agreed site; the van is unavailable for towing by the renter. We will deliver the caravan, meet you onsite and set up power, water, TV and awning so that you are ready to walk in and enjoy the comforts of the van. At the conclusion of your holiday, we will meet with you for the handover back to us. We are also happy to discuss delivering the caravan beyond the distances listed on the Camplify site.
Hiring rules
- The caravan is only available for delivery to and collection from an agreed site. The Caravan is not available for self drive hire.
- Hirer must empty the toilet canister before returning the caravan.
- The van must be in the same condition of cleanliness at collection as when delivered. Cleaning products and tools are provided.
- Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Cancellations
Strict
- Cancel earlier than 45 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 45 and 20 days before the start of booking and receive a 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 20 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
