Hiring rules

• 🚧 OFFROAD upon request / No Beach Driving / No Extended Gravel Roads this is a 2WD with low clearance; corrugation can cause damage to both the mechanical components and internal components.
• 🚨 EMERGENCY In the unlikely event of an emergency, If any engine lights come on the dashboard, please pull over and send me a photo of the dashboard light and I will guide you through what to do. If an accident occurs, please get off the road, stay safe and call Camplify on 1300 416 133 they will call NRMA. Then give me a call when you can.
• 🚬 NO SMOKING
• 🚌 Guests must be able to drive a MANUAL vehicle.
• 🐶 PETS ALLOWED: We have a special seat up the front for them along with clipon restraint for harness attachment!
• 🚧 Venus is 2.4m high, recommend avoiding underground carparks, drivethroughs etc.
• ⏰ Pick up/drop off: You are welcome to pick Venus up at any time after 8am and must be dropped off before 6pm, however we can be flexible upon arrangement.
• ⛽ FUEL Please return FULL of DIESEL All hires include a full tank upon departure.
• 🚍 Please note that this rental is for 200km per day totalled over your entire booking and then 50c per kilometre charged thereafter.
• 🧹 CLEANING Please clean the equipment and Van with the products provided before you return it. Excessive cleaning will incur a charge, alternatively select 'clean the van for me' during checkout.

• Hirer must be 21 years of age or older.

  Bek and Ryan's van was perfect for our Great Ocean Road Honeymoon Road trip. Having been supplied with all the necessities like cups, plates, bug spray, bin bags etc meant we could rely on the van and Bek and Ryan and have an easy going and enjoyable trip. Although the older style van meant it was slightly slower and louder than newer builds, it was super reliable, easy to drive and had an easy to use Bluetooth and cable connector to play music. All of the linen was comfy and clean and we were even left with a Polaroid camera and film to use. We had great communication when needed and Bek and Ryan were super helpful in meeting us halfway to pick up the van too. We would 100% recommend Bek and Ryan and their van. Thank you so much for contributing to our lovely honeymoon.
