Hiring rules

• 🏠 PICK UP & DROP OFF from Belmore, NSW (5 minute walk from Belmore Train Station). Nyla is parked on a quiet and safe street with free parking if you want to leave your vehicle.
• 📦 DELIVERY available on request (please select relevant options when placing your booking).
• 🚐 DISTANCE every hire includes 150km per day (averaged over the course of the booking). Any additional kms will be charged at $0.80c per km. This is to help keep Nyla's maintenance in check and ensure a consistent experience for all guests.
• ⛽️ FUEL please return Nyla with a full tank of DIESEL or a fill fee of $2.20 per litre will be charged. Nyla will have a full tank upon pickup.
• 🏖 SEALED ROADS ONLY Nyla has a 100L water tank, 400AH battery array and solar system to allow for offgrid camping, however it must only be taken on sealed roads (No offroading / No beach driving / No extended gravel roads).
• 🚧 UNSEALED ROADS must be preapproved in writing in Camplify Messages before the trip begins. This is to ensure compliance with the terms of our insurance and Camplify's terms of service.
• 🚭 NO SMOKING OF ANY KIND INSIDE OR AROUND THE VAN (including cigarettes, vapes and any other substances).
• 🧹CLEANING Please return the van in a tidy state, clean the equipment you use and please take all of your rubbish with you. Excessive cleaning will incur the Extra Product cleaning fee of $200.00 deducted from the bond.
• 🚽 TOILET Please return the toilet clean otherwise cleaning fee will apply. If you would like us to clean the toilet, please select "Clean the toilet for me" in the optional extras.
• 💲 TOLLS & FINES Any tolls will be calculated on return of van and deducted from the bond. If you receive a fine during your journey, we will reallocate the fine to you once we receive it in the post.
• ⚠️ DAMAGE if any damage happens, don’t sweat. Please let me know as soon as possible, and we can sort it out through Camplify.
• 🚨 EMERGENCY If any engine lights come on the dashboard or an accident occurs, pull over immediately / get off the road, stay safe and call Camplify on 1300 416 133 or (02) 4075 2000 they will assist you as required. After you have done this and are safe, please contact me.

• Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.
