Additional information
**For park bookings: Overall Van length is 7.5m including drawbar** For check in, delivery of the van will occur as close to your site availability on the first day, however it will need to be collected at a minimum 1 hour prior to any check out times. Please allow us 1 hour to set up & pack up the van for you. Wanting more space? - We offer a gauze annex for an additional $200.00/booking. This provides a secure outdoor area for your belongings, and provides some water resistance for bad weather conditions. If you would like to add our annex to your booking, please allow an additional hour for set-up at handover. Love a good Barbie? - We offer a Weber Traveller with a full gas bottle and utensils for an additional $90.00/stay. Please note: The interior of the van is to please be self-cleaned before handover at the end of your booking. If the van is not returned clean, a cleaning fee will need to be charged. Cleaning fees are $250.00 for general interior cleaning & $150.00 for the toilet cassette to be emptied.

- Please report all damages or concerns, no matter how small
- We ask that you please keep the van in a tidy condition & return the van in a tidy condition additional fees may apply

Cancellations
Strict
- Cancel earlier than 45 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 45 and 20 days before the start of booking and receive a 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 20 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

Bede 5.0Holiday was great. Cam and Jess make it so easy. We pay for Cam to do delivery and set up and pack up. One less stress for me for the holiday. Van is great and set up is perfect.
Tina 5.0This was the best caravan we have had. Cameron and Jesse were amazing. Absolutely everything is included even ice cubes (on request). We got a welcome. It made our holiday truly amazing. We will definitely be rebooking in the future.

It was obvious that Cam and Jess really cared about everything being perfect for our guest. I will definitely book their van again.
