Hiring rules

  • 1/ NO SMOKING, $500.00 cleaning fee applies and no return hire accepted
  • 2/ Vehicle must be returned with full tank of diesel
  • 3/ Toilet and cassette must be emptied and cleaned, $150.00 cleaning fee applies if returned
  • 4/ Vehicle to returned cleaned inside and out, $250.00 cleaning fee apply
  • 5/ ONLY sealed roads to be driven on, no off road, beach or any other type road surface, loss of bond applies
  • 6/ Linen supplied at no charge, but if soiled or damaged cleaning and or replacement cost applies
  • Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Cancellations

Strict

  • Cancel earlier than 45 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
  • Cancel between 45 and 20 days before the start of booking and receive a 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
  • Cancellations less than 20 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
