- No bikes or fishing gear to be stored in van
- Return van as when picked up or bond deductions will apply
- Any fines will be passed onto the hirer

- Tow vehicle must be within weight limits at all times

Cancellations
Flexible
- Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

Rachel 5.0Fantastic! Glenn was extremely flexible and accommodating. Van was perfect. plenty of cupboard space and a full size fridge. We had heavy wind and rainfall and the van was perfect.

Just the right size for the four of us with all the comforts of home, away from the home! Glenn was a pleasure to deal with. Extremely accommodating and always responding to questions (there were many given we were first timers) in a timely and polite manner. No hesitations at all in recommending the van!
