Hiring rules
- 🏕 Smoking is not permitted inside the van.
- 🏕 The hirer is responsible for any damages or losses that may occur during the rental period including tyre damage.
- 🏕 When utilising the electric awning it must always be properly secured with the provided pegs. The awning must be packed away prior to a weather event or high winds.
- 🏕 The Van must be cleaned both internally and externally prior to return. Failure of this will result in a $150.00 cleaning fee being charged.
- 🏕 Toilet canister must be empty and cleaned prior to return. Failure of this will result in a $100.00 cleaning fee being charged.
- 🏕 Minimum 2 day hire.
- Hirer must be 21 years of age or older.

Cancellations
Flexible
- Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
