Hiring rules

Follow all Camplify Terms and Conditions
General Rules:
No smoking inside the vehicle or tent
Pets only upon application.
Vehicle to be dropped off before 6 pm on the final day
Side awning to be packed away in bad weather (e.g. strong winds).
Equipment to be set up correctly to reduce the risk of damage.
Vehicle to be returned in a clean and tidy state. Hirers can risk a cleaning fee.
Damage to the vehicle must be reported immediately.
Vehicle to be returned with a full tank of diesel. A penalty will incur if unfulfilled.
Travel Rules:
No to be taken offroad, beach driving included. Access to unsealed roads needs prior permission.
Towing permitted within the capacity of the vehicle (expect an increase in fuel consumption due to weight)

In the event of an accident or emergency, pull over and call Camplify on 1300 416 133 they then call NRMA. Call me next!

Pricing

Hire Fee: From $185.00 per day
Service fee: $50.00

Cancellations

Flexible

Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
