Hiring rules

  • Km limits and travel destination limits apply. 30 cents per/ km will apply if in excess of 1000km travelled.
  • Call Camplify on 1300416133 in case of emergency/ breakdown/ accident
  • Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Cancellations

Strict

  • Cancel earlier than 45 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
  • Cancel between 45 and 20 days before the start of booking and receive a 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
  • Cancellations less than 20 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

    Van was well equipped and just ideal for a long weekend away with our two dogs. Plenty of space, comfortable bed and well equipped for cooking and simple meals. Prompt communication with Gerry for any questions, and she was friendly and very helpful at handover. We would definitely be happy to travel with this van again.

    We found the van to be great for our little getaway. There is a fair bit of storage. I found the van easy to drive which was great. And Gerry was really easy to communicate with. Thanks guys.
