***please note our van is only available for delivery within 35km of Broome*** Our Brand new 18 foot van is the latest model, fully self contained and very comfortable for a family of 4. All you need to bring is your clothes, food, drinks and be prepared to relax and enjoy what Broome has to offer. Book your powered site in one of our many caravan parks located in and around Broome and we will deliver the van and set everything up for you. We will be happy to even collect any online shopping and pack it away for you (for a small fee.). We include everything you need to make your stay as enjoyable and as comfortable as possible. If you have any further requirements please let us know and we will do our best to help you. Linen, bath and Beach towels, Fridges, eskies, chairs, camping tables, WeberQ BBQ, the van has a fully equipped outdoor kitchen. Beach toys, cricket and tennis sets for the kids (avail on request) the list goes on. We also have a paddle board avail for hire. We are happy to answer any questions about what we offer and Broome, we are a local family whom have lived in the Kimberley and Pilbara for many years with young children so we can help you get the most out of your family holiday.

Additional information

You are responsible to book and pay for your powered caravan site. We do not offfer a booking service. It is advisable to book well in advance. During peak times June to September and school holidays parks can book out months before.

Hiring rules

  • You must book and pay your own accomodation. We do not offer this service.
  • Strictly NO smoking inside the van or under the awning.
  • Van must be cleaned and left in the same condition it was delivered in. Toilet must be cleaned and sterilised with products provided.
  • You can pay an additional fee for the van to be cleaned for you, however the toilet is not included and MUST be cleaned by hirer.
  • Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Cancellations

Flexible

  • Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
  • Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
  • Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

    Brett & Shannons van was all we could of asked for and more! It provided a great base for my partner and I while we took in all Broome had to offer. Communication was great from both hosts. Thank you again for having us!

    Our holiday with Broometime in a Swag was the best!! It was clean and comfortable for a family of 5. They provided everything we needed from pillows to tomato sauce to card games and everything in between. Brett and Shannon were so lovely in their communication and in person. They made travelling so far so easy. Would highly recommend to those who are looking for a relaxing holiday with a nice caravan. We will definitely keep them in mind for the next time we travel to Broome.

    We had a fantastic holiday in Broome with this caravan as our base. It was fully appointed, even with a baby q bbq. The van was fully set up for us to enjoy from the start. Shannon and Brett gave us a very thorough induction so almost all questions were proactively addressed. Also Shannon gave us her number in case we needed any support. The best van for a Broometime family holiday.

    We had a fabulous stay in Brett and Shannons van. Everything was set up for us on arrival. The van contained absolutely everything you need for a holiday. Communication was great. I highly recommend the Swag for anyone wanting a great holiday in Broome.

    The van was perfect, this was our first experience using Camplify and we'll definitely be doing it again. The van was clean, comfy and came with far more than what we were expecting including towels, a fully stocked kitchen and cleaning equipment. There was absolutely nothing we needed to buy, and the handover/communication with Brett and Shannon was very easy. They went out of their way to make sure the van was set up with plenty of shade which was very much appreciated. Our expectations were exceeded - thank you!
