Chloe is not equipped with any solar or batteries, a powered caravan site is required.
Hiring rules
- Any damage must be reported immediately – who, what, where and when will be required
- No cooking inside the vanVan must be returned in a respectably clean state or you’ll risk a cleaning fee
- Awning must be packed away if and when strong winds ariseNo smoking inside
- No festivals
- NO OFF ROAD DRIVING/ BEACH DRIVING
- Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Cancellations
Flexible
- Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
