We are based in Lenah Valley (10 minute drive from Hobart CBD/30 minute from Hobart Airport) for Pick Up/Drop Off. Pick Up/Drop Off times are 8am – 5pm. (We may be able to be flexible with prior notice) Please note National Parks passes are not transferable in Tasmania, so you will need to purchase one. These can be bought in advance or easily at National Parks/Tourist Info offices when you're here. Your support of the National Parks help keep Tasmania an awesome destination for nature lovers. Hiring rules

• EMERGENCY If any engine lights come on the dashboard, pull over immediately and call me. If an accident occurs, get off the road, stay safe, call Camplify on 1300 416 133 they call the NRMA. Then call me on 0499 44 00 81.
• DAMAGE If any damage happens, you must report it immediately who, what, where and when will be required, so I can organize repairs.
• PICK UP/DROP OFF – From Lenah Valley 8am – 5pm. We’re located 10 min drive from Hobart CBD/30 min from Hobart Airport.
• NO OFFROAD / NO Beach Driving / NO Extended Gravel Roads/ NO Smoking or Naked Flames inside the van.
• UNSEALED ROADS – Well maintained unsealed roads for access into National Parks/Camp Sites under 10km are accepted and included in our insurance. Please be familiar with the exclusions, terms and conditions of insurance coverage. Extra cleaning charges will be applied if vehicle is returned excessively muddy/dusty.
• LONG TRIPS – Bookings of 8 days and over include unlimited kilometers. Bookings of 7 days and under include 200km per day, $.4 per kilometer charged thereafter.
• FUEL Return with full tank of fuel All hires include a full tank upon departure. Do not refuel from unbranded fuel stations.
• CLEANING – External cleaning, and laundry cleaning included. Cleaning equipment included. Please clean the stove, fridge and equipment after your use. Take your rubbish with you. Sweep out the van. Our discounted prepurchased cleaning fee covers general cleaning of interior, and does not warrant the van to be left in a complete mess. Extra cleaning charge up to $200.00 will be charged if vehicle returned excessively muddy/filthy.
• GOOD KARMA Please treat Aquila with respect, we have put a lot of effort into making our vans as comfortable, and well equipped as possible. We want all our hirers to have a great experience in our amazing vans, which also means relying on you to help look after our campervans for the next person.

  We had an absolutely fantastic experience hiring Aquila for our recent trip around Tasmania. The van was thoughtfully equipped with everything we could possibly have needed. We were especially impressed by how well insulated Aquila is. Even on chilly nights, the van stayed surprisingly warm and comfortable -- we didnt even need to use the heater. Its clear that Aquila is exceptionally well cared for and maintained. We wouldnt hesitate to hire it again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-equipped campervan adventure.

  I spent two amazing weeks travelling around Tasmania with Aquila, and I honestly couldnt have asked for a better van. It was perfectly equipped everything I needed was there, well thought out, and worked flawlessly. The condition and cleanliness were absolutely 1A. You can tell the van is very well looked after. Aquila wasnt just a vehicle, it felt like a comfortable little home on wheels for the entire trip. And then theres Shaun super relaxed, friendly, and easygoing from the first message to the handover and return. Everything was uncomplicated and stress-free, exactly how it should be when starting and ending a road trip. I can highly recommend and would absolutely book again.
