Hiring rules

  • 1. No offroad driving / beach driving / extended driving on gravel roads.
  • 2. Driving on unsealed roads must be preapproved in writing (in Camplify Messages) before the trip begins.
  • 3. No smoking inside and pets only upon application
  • 4. No P Platers (can discuss)
  • 5. Awning must be packed away before bad weather arises.
  • 6. Vehicle must be returned cleaned or you’ll risk a cleaning fee.
  • 7. Drop Off and Pick Up Times are flexible.
  • 8. No cooking inside the van (use barbecue provided). Within reason, if raining, you're not expected to setup the awning for no reason
  • 9. No Illegal camping.
  • 10. Any damage must be reported immediately – who, what, where and when will be required.
  • 11. Pull over immediately if any engine lights come on. If an accident occurs, get off the road, stay safe and call Camplify on 1300 416 133 – they will advise on how to contact roadside assistance. Then call me!
  • 12. Payment of a deposit is required within 48hrs of your booking being approved, otherwise I may cancel it
  • Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Cancellations

Flexible

  • Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
  • Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
  • Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
