Hiring rules

• DEPOSIT
• Please be aware that you are required to pay your deposit in 48 hours once your booking request has been approved. Failure to do so will result in your booking being canceled.
• CANCELLATIONS
• Please familiarize yourself with Camplify's Cancellation & Refund policies prior to booking and If you require a tax invoice you can obtain one via Camplify.
• HIRE DURATION
• Hire of caravans is per day. Not per night. If you select till the 1st that is the day the caravan is to be returned not the following day.
• DELIVERY CHARGES VARY
• please get in touch to discuss delivery rates.
• CLEANLINESS
• Hirer is required to clean the caravan before returning otherwise an additional cleaning fee of $100.00 per hour will be incurred with a minimum charge of one hour. If the caravan is deemed to be excessively dirty there will be a fee at a minimum charge of two hours. If you choose to have the caravan cleaned for you, you are still required to empty all food & rubbish before the caravan is handed over.
• TOLIET
• Hirer must Empty the Toilet cassette, wash it out & put the chemical in prior to returning the caravan (unless you chose to have it done for you) if this is not done you will incur a cleaning fee of $150.00. During your hire period the toilet cassette must be emptied if it is full. Regardless of what option you have chosen. If overfull you will be charged the fee regardless of weather you chose to have it cleaned or not.
• DAMAGES
• Please report any damage, broken, faulty items straight away. If anything is missing when the caravan is returned we will contact you to discuss.
• PERSONAL BELONGINGS
• If you leave items in the caravan you will be charged the cost of postage plus $30.00. Please don’t forget your items. You can pay this via bank transfer.
• HANDOVER
• We are required to do a handover which runs us through how everything works etc. allow half an hour extra when picking up your caravan..

• Hirer must be 21 years of age or older.

  The little Joey is a great size that has everything you need. Weve been hiring it for a few years now and we love it but just starting to show some wear and tear. TV is just about finished and disappointingly the aircon was not working.
