Frances the Van has been built by mates Josh & Jon, to be able to share adventures and trips with everyone! Frances is a Ford Econovan, with a custom fitout in the back to ensure a comfortable double sized bed and everything you would need for a mini weekend away! Features of Frances (FoF) include: - Double Sized Bed - Engle Large Fridge - Solar Panels and Dual Battery system (With USB inputs throughout the van) - Pull out Kitchen Bench (including dual burner stove) - 2.5M Awning to come off the side, accompanied by the Tail open provides coverage around 270 degrees of the Van - Pots and Pans for cooking including a camp kettle, sink and utensils - LED Strip lighting that can be any colour you would like!

Please bring your own linen, or we can provide some for $40.00 Some items that we have in the van: - x2 Plates and Bowls, Mugs & Cutlery - Sink - Knives and Cooking utensils - Hotplate Gas Burner (similar to BBQ) - Gas Cannisters (Replenish any that you use) - Dishsoap & Tea Towels - Hatchet Axe

Hiring rules

1. No offroad driving / beach driving / extended driving on gravel roads.
2. LONG TRIPS 200km a day (average) is included in the booking price. You will be charged $0.50 per kilometer for additional kms travelled over the total allowance. This is calculated and charged within camplifys pre/post hire checklist.
3. No smoking inside
4. Hirer age restrictions (25+)
5. Awning must be packed away before bad weather arises.
6. Vehicle must be returned cleaned or you’ll risk a cleaning fee.
7. No cooking inside the van.
8. Any damage must be reported immediately – who, what, where and when will be required.
9. Pull over immediately if any engine lights come on. If an accident occurs, get off the road, stay safe and call Camplify on 1300 416 133 – they will advise on how to contact roadside assistance.
12. Cooking gas canisters used will need to be restocked before end of rental. Failure to do so will result in a $5.00 per cannister charge.
13. Payment of a deposit is required within 48hrs of your booking being approved, otherwise I may cancel it.

Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Pricing

Hire Fee: From $85.00 per day
Service fee: $30.00

Cancellations

Flexible

Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

It was fantastic! The van has everything we needed! Josh is a very friendly guy and always open to help and support. We definitely recommend to rent the van. We did the great ocean road with no problems!

Simple but efficiently kitted van that drives well and has all you need for a comfortable stay anywhere. Fuel consumption is fairly high but its expected for this type. Josh/Jon made everything very effortless, would definitely ask to rent again.

Fantastic experience with Frances. Shes old but in excellent mechanical condition with no issues. Fitout is great with the most hassle free solar/battery system Ive had in a hire van. Bed is surprisingly comfy. Thanks Josh and Jon!
