Cancellations
Flexible
- Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

Message OwnerI am probably amongst the most behaved and good tenants in Adelaide and maybe in Australia.
I used to rent a room in a Brisbane shared house from a kind lady during 2019 to 2021. To be right opposite to AVEO Durack nursing home to help my elderly mother who was struggling in there. My landlady is still in contact with me for many reasons including my kindness and genuine as a big part of my life. I respect others because I listen to God the Creator. Please accept me for a short period of time in your Munno Para West home as I have another mission there. Thanks in advance.
