Hiring rules

• 1. No offroad driving / beach driving / gravel / dirt / rocky roads etc.
• Driving STRICTLY ONLY allowed on safe, stable and level gravel, grassy roads up to 200mtres to reach a parking spot for camping.
• 2. Driving on unsealed roads must be preapproved in writing (in Camplify Messages) before the trip begins.
• 3. No smoking inside / no pets OR pets may be considered only upon acceptance of the application. If in breach a $100.000 and over cleaning and rectification fee will be applied.
• 4. Hirer age restrictions (25+ and over)
• 5. Awning must be packed away before bad weather arises. Check with http://www.bom.gov.au/ weather alerts before you decide to leave Awning out unattended.
• 6. Vehicle must be returned cleaned inside and outside to the level or above that you received the vehicle in or you’ll risk a cleaning fee of $490.00+.
• 7. Standard pickup / dropoff times are from 10am to 4pm daily as per arranged with the renter.
• 8. Any damage must be reported immediately – who, what, where and when will be required.
• 9. Pull over immediately if any engine lights come on. If an accident occurs, get off the road, stay safe and call Camplify on (02) 4075 2000 – they will advise on how to contact roadside assistance. Then call me!
• 10. Cooking gas bottle to be returned full – refill from petrol stations with Elgas
• 11. Payment of a deposit is required within 48hrs of your booking being approved, otherwise the book may need to be cancelled due to other enquiries.
• 12. When booking or making an enquiry please confirm that all drivers are over 25 and let us know where you are heading, roads, highways and any off road. Please confirm number of people travelling, their ages, travel destination and proposed pick up and drop off time during the booking.
• 13. 7 nights minimum hire in peak periods, School holidays Christmas period has a minimum of 3 weeks rental.
• 14. Soft luggage & bedding only to be stored inside (no bikes, fridges, hard luggage etc stored inside the vehicle) .
• 15. Toll charges must be paid by the hirer, we encourage you to bring your own eTag.
• 16. Vehicle to be returned with a full tank of petrol, and toilet cleaned & emptied ($250.00 surcharge applies if toilet returned dirty)
• 17. 1 or 2 set of keys will be provided as per request. (a $300.00 fee will be charged if a set of keys is lost as these are specialised keys)
• 18. All drivers agree to follow the driving and parking road rules. (Any Fines will be changed to the renters name and redirected to them to make the payment)
• 19. Linen can be provided for an addition $100.00 per rental.
• 20. 200km per day Allowance + $1.00 per Km thereafter

  I recently had the pleasure of renting a campervan and overall, it was a good experience! First and foremost, the host was incredibly friendly and accommodating. Spiros went above and beyond to ensure that our trip was enjoyable, providing helpful tips and making us feel welcome. One of the standout aspects of this rental was definitely the price. It was affordable compared to other options we had considered, making it a great value for the money. We were happy with the amenities provided within the campervan itself. This made our adventure much more convenient and comfortable. Furthermore, the campervan was in excellent working condition. It started without any issues and performed reliably throughout our journey. The engine ran smoothly, and we never encountered any mechanical problems, which gave us peace of mind. While the overall experience was positive, there was one drawback. The listing mentioned that the campervan could sleep four adults, but we found it to be a bit snug for four people. However, it comfortably accommodated three adults, so we managed just fine. In conclusion, the campervan rental was a great experience. With a friendly and accommodating host, an affordable price, all the necessary essentials, and a well-maintained vehicle, it provided us with a memorable and enjoyable trip. I would highly recommend this campervan rental for anyone seeking an adventure on the road!
