Cancellations
Flexible
- Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

Matthew 4.8James was a great person to hire from. He was responsive, friendly and spent all the time we needed to explain how to set it up. The van was in good condition and included some helpful extras like the BBQ. We were very happy with this as our first experience on Camplify
Murray 5.0We toured from Melbourne to Uluru. The van was very easy and economical to tow. It is in very good condition and everything worked perfectly. Our car has a small motor and I was surprised by how little additional effort the car had to put in to tow the van. James was perfect to deal with. Couldnt have been a better experience.

James was awesome to deal with, he was very detailed on handover going through everything from start to finish and has set it up with all you could need for a great trip, on or off grid. Would definitely recommend James and the Lark to anyone who wants something easy to tow but with space for the family!
Andrew 5.0Excellent van and very much as James describes in his advert. Easy to tow, setup and pull down. Has everything you could possibly need and then some. TV, BBQ, huge annex were all fantastic. The van has a fresh water tank and grey water tank, so along with the Solar Panel James offered us, you could easily go off grid with this van for a few days. James was super helpful and great communication before, during and after the hire!
Mehdi 5.0We recently hired this Jayco Lark from James for a trip to Lake Eildon, and the experience was fantastic. James was incredibly friendly, easy to communicate with, and made the whole process smooth and enjoyable. Even when we were late for pick-up, he went above and beyond by arranging for his neighbor, Nathan, to assist us. Nathan was incredibly helpful, showing us how to set it up and helping with the attachment to our car. The entire experience was seamless, and we genuinely appreciate the effort James and Nathan put in to make it so easy for us. Wed happily hire from James again in the future. Highly recommended!
