Hiring rules

No OffRoad / No Beach Driving / No Extended Gravel Roads/ No Smoking inside.
CLEANING Please return the van in clean condition. Return requiring extensive cleaning will incur a charge.
UNSEALED roads must be preapproved in writing in Camplify Messages before the trip begins. Please be familiar with the exclusions, terms and conditions of insurance coverage
LONG TRIPS Hirers are welcome to take the van up to 200 km's a day. This will be averaged out over the duration of hire Example: 7 days hire 7 x 200km Allowance: 1400km for hire permitted in the rate, additional kms will be charged at 30c per km and deducted on completion of the hire.
NZ Road User Charges $9.00 per 100km payable on completion of the hire.

Pricing

Hire Fee: From $189.00 per day
Service fee: $75.00

Cancellations

Strict

Cancel earlier than 45 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
Cancel between 45 and 20 days before the start of booking and receive a 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
Cancellations less than 20 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
