EMERGENCY - If an accident occurs, get off the road, stay safe, call Camplify on 1300 416 133 -they will advise the Hirer how to contact NRMA. DAMAGE - If damage happens, you must report it immediately - who, what, where and when will be required. NO OFF-ROAD / NO Beach Driving / NO Extended Gravel Roads - please message me so we can discuss. I may approve you taking it to certain places that I see fit. CLEANING - Return the van in clean condition. Excessive cleaning will incur a charge. UNSEALED roads must be pre-approved in writing in Camplify messages before the trip begins. Please be familiar with the exclusions, terms and conditions of insurance coverage.

Cancellations

Flexible

  • Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
  • Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
  • Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
