Butlers pantry also a pull-out pantry, large fridge freezer, microwave ample kitchen cupboards, gas stove with 3 gas plates & 1 electric plate with grill & oven, large storage under bed,above head cupboards & side wardrobe with single draw, beautiful lighting with air conditioning/diesel, heater, two water tanks with one grey water holding tank. Great awning , matting for outdoors, long boot storage.Come with camp chairs & small table for entertaining outside.

Hiring rules

Longterm rental only to apply minimum six months stay. No smoking, van to be regularly cleaned, wipe down, and to be kept in It's original condition with maintenance on a daily basis required. Inspections would be made monthly. Location only to be Sunshine Coast radius of 50 km from CBD of Maroochydore. Van will be delivered and set up to your site of choice . If the site is appropriate & the location is adequate.

Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Pricing

Hire Fee: From $130.00 per day
Service fee: $300.00

Cancellations

Flexible

Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
