Hiring rules
- No smoking inside.
- Awning must be packed away if bad weather arises.
- Van must be in a reasonably clean condition when finished (dishes washed and dry and packed away).
- Service fee includes cleaning of bathroom, floors and linen.
- Toilet is to be emptied into the dump point, if used while staying at a caravan park.
- Sorry, no pets allowed.
- Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Cancellations
Flexible
- Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

Jacinta 4.5Cassie was an amazing host. Very, very friendly and easy to communicate with. Delivery and pick up were smooth. Cassie took time to talk through the van's functions during the set up. The van was presented well, important areas were very clean and basic cleaning items, toilet paper etc were supplied. The double bed was comfortable and the linen was clean, soft and fresh. We didn't have any issues operating any equipment. Delivery and pick of the van was easy. I would recommend Cassie to anyone that needs a caravan in the Lincoln area.

We would definitely recommend Cassie and her van anytime, she communicated well and the van was very neat and tidy.

It came with an instruction manual on how to operate items in the van such as the diesel heater, awning and the inverter to name a few. Cassie was awesome to deal with and easy to communicate with. Delivers of the van was as stated, on time and a smooth hand over. The van was off grid which suited our getaway and had plenty of room for the whole family. Loved the van. I would recommend others in Port Lincoln or if youre heading to that area for a break to give it a go, you will not regret it. Thanks Cassie for allowing us to use your van for our short break.
Jordan 5.0We loved our stay in the caravan, the kids thought it was the best holiday by the beach. Cassie had amazing communication from the early stages of booking right through until our check out. Cassie provided clear information on how to use the features of the van and ensured we were comfortable before leaving. She also provided camping chairs and a table to enjoy the beautiful beach view from the front of the van. We have thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Port Lincoln and it made it even more memorable staying in a caravan for the first time with kids. We definitely recommend hiring the caravan from Cassie and her family.
