This Brand New Modern Caravan is fully equipped to make your holiday Enjoyable. 1 x Double Size Bed, 2 x Single Bunks, Fridge/Freezer, combined Toilet and Shower, Inside Kitchen, and A/C It also comes with all your basic Cutlery, Bowls, Plates, Cooking Utensils, Pots and Pans, and cups. We will also supply everything required to operate the van. It has Solar for those off Grid Campsites and a Gas hot water unit. Glamping at its Best!!

Cancellations

Flexible

  • Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
  • Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
  • Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

    Very disappointing experience with no resolution offered Unfortunately, this hire was extremely disappointing. During our stay, the caravan could not be used as intended. Every time we turned the air conditioner on, the power would cut out entirely. including power to the fridge, which meant the air conditioner was unusable. This made the van uncomfortable and impractical to use. In addition, the water did not work at all during the hire, so the shower and toilet could not be used. Despite this, we were charged a full cleaning fee that included these facilities. After the caravan was picked up, the owner advised that the issue was supposedly related to the site power. However, the house itself had power the entire time with no issues, and this explanation was only provided after the hire had ended. At no point during the hire were we made aware of any known limitations or extra power requirements. When I asked for some form of compensation, even a partial adjustment for cleaning amenities that were not used or usable, none was offered. I was told to contact Camplify, and later told that the toilet was 110% usable, despite the fact that the water never worked. The lack of accountability and unwillingness to offer any goodwill was very disappointing. I would not recommend this hire, particularly if issues arise, as support and resolution were poor.

    We had such a great experience hiring this van! It was spotless, comfortable, and had everything we needed for our trip. The handover was smooth and communication was fantastic from start to finish. Would absolutely hire again and highly recommend to anyone looking for a hassle-free holiday!
