Hiring rules
- No Smoking
- No Pets
- Toilet cassette must be emptied or $100.00 fee will apply.
- Call out fee of $150.00 is applied if you require us to move the van once set up is complete.
- Awning must be packed away before bad weather arrives
- RV must be returned clean or fee applies
- Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Cancellations
Flexible
- Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
