Whether your looking to try before purchasing your own van or simply dont wont the expense of purchasing and maintaining the upkeep of a van but still want to get out and enjoy our beautiful country Our NEW family crusader is a great choice for your next family adventure. Crusader has won manufacture of the year in 2019 AND 2021 and are known for great quality and attention to detail. Our van is set up for families, it has a washing machine, full sized Dometic fridge with freezer an Ibis 4 reverse cycle air conditioner and grey water tank so pulling up anywhere is made easy. With 3 bunks and a queen bed for the parents each having their own sirocco fans everyone will be comfortable. Our van has a separate toilet and shower and is fully set up for free camping with solar on the roof and a lithium battery. For families who are wanting to free camp we have included a generator so you can run all appliances our van also has a beautiful outdoor cooktop and sink.

Special towing information

Your tow vehicle must be able to tow 3200kg We can supply a portable brake controller per booking if needed. Tow mirrors can be supplied. Must have towing experience EMERGENCY - If an accident occurs, get off the road, stay safe, call Camplify on 1300 416 133 - they call the NRMA. DAMAGE - If damage happens, you must report it immediately - who, what, where and when will be required. NO OFF-ROAD / NO Beach Driving / NO Extended Gravel Roads/ NO Smoking inside CLEANING - Return the van in clean condition. Excessive cleaning will incur a charge. UNSEALED roads must be pre-approved in writing in Camplify Messages before the trip begins. Please be familiar with the exclusions, terms and conditions of insurance coverage.

Hiring rules

  • No smoking
  • No unsealed roads
  • No heavy items are to be stored in the van eg: bikes etc
  • Toilet must be emptied and cleaned before van is returned
  • Van must be cleaned and in the same condition as it was pickup
  • Any damage must be reported no matter how minor
  • NOTE........STRICTLY
  • No open fires near the van as heat/hot embers will damage the awning
  • Hirer must be 25 years of age or older and have towing experience
  • Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Cancellations

Strict

  • Cancel earlier than 45 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
  • Cancel between 45 and 20 days before the start of booking and receive a 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
  • Cancellations less than 20 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
