Hiring rules

• 🆘 EMERGENCY If any engine lights come on the dashboard, pull over immediately. If an accident occurs, get off the road, stay safe, call Camplify on 1300 416 133 they call the NRMA. Then call me!
• 🛞 DAILY KM Limits The van is perfect for almost any trip but please be aware that the longer your trip is the more km's go on the engine. I, therefore, have a guideline of a 200km per day limit. This can be spread over a trip however, so if you are looking at doing a 10day trip you would be permitted to do 2000kms. Any kilometres in excess of this, will be charged at $1.00 per km and will be deducted from your Bond.
• 🚐Please stay at the speed limit when driving.
• 🚬No smoking or vaping inside the van.
• 🪜HEIGHT – Alice is 3 metres tall which means you cannot park in any undercover parking in shopping centres. You cannot drive through ‘Drive Throughs’ at McDonalds etc. Please pay attention to height limits.
• 🤕Please report any and all damage, so I can replace/repair before the next hire.
• 💲Toll charges recovered from Bond on completion of hire, or bring your own eTag.
• ⛽ FUEL Return full of DIESEL to avoid extra cost of $3.00 per litre and will be deducted from your Bond.
• 🚫NO OFFROAD / NO Beach Driving / NO Gravel Roads / NO unsealed roads ("Unsealed Road" means a road that has been formed and constructed but is not sealed with a hard material such as tar, bitumen or concrete. This does not include a road that is undergoing temporary roadworks). NO unsealed roads/tracks that lead to camping grounds.
• 🧹CLEANING My van must be returned clean to me please.
• Absolutely no sand in the van please.
• Cleaning products are provided for you.
• Clean the equipment you use, please take all of your rubbish with you, please wipe down surfaces and sweep out van.
• Any excessive cleaning I have to undertake will incur an excess cleaning fee of $500.00.
• 🐕 PETS This is a pet friendly van. Please discuss with me in booking request.
• 🧳 STORAGE Soft luggage & bedding only to be stored insideno bikes, fridges, hard luggage etc.
• 💨 SHADE AWNING Is purely for shade and will not tolerate anything more than a light breeze. The awning MUST be retracted if a strong breeze pops up and most definitely if you leave the van for any period of time.
