*Minimum towing experience is 3 years *Minimum licence requirements is Open Class C *No night driving/towing *EMERGENCY - If an accident occurs, get off the road, stay safe, call Camplify on 1300 416 133 -they will advise the Hirer how to contact NRMA. *DAMAGE - If damage happens, you must report it immediately - who, what, where and when will be required. *NO OFF-ROAD / NO Beach Driving / NO Extended Gravel Roads/ NO UNSEALED Roads / NO Smoking inside *CLEANING - Return the van in clean condition. Excessive cleaning will incur a charge. *Towing Mirrors must be used at all times.

- Smitten is a vintage van, and as such she needs to be handled respectfully
- No offroad
- No smoking inside

- Hirer age restrictions (over 25)
- Awning must be packed away before bad weather arises
- RV must return cleaned or risk a fee
- Pickup / dropoff times are to be agreed upon prior to booking
- No freecamping
- Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Cancellations
Flexible
- Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

John 5.0Smitten was exactly as described with lots of games in the cupboards, coffee maker, Kettle and Toaster etc. Tim was clear and timely with communications and delivery was on time. Pick up was delayed by about 30 mins but Tim was very clear and advised of the delay early and arrived before the revised collection time. I recommend Hiring Smitten
