Cancellations
Flexible
- Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

Tracey 5.0We had the best experience. Pauls communication was excellent and he set the van up and packed it away. The van was perfect for what we needed. It was clean, weatherproof and in great condition. Highly recommend.
Terri 5.0We hired this trailer in winter. I put this one up by myself but would say Its a 2 person job for setup, even just to hold the poles. We used the tent with the awning. Once youve done it once the setup would make sense. The trailer was equipped with all that we needed, even fly swats for mozzies, some bowls would of been great for morning cereal. A great watertight roomy tent. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay away in Pauls trailer.
