Do you want a small convenient van to go to festivals or camping at the beach? Cookie Monster is for you! Its a simple set up... easy to drive van around town.. as Cookie Monster is just like driving a small little car. Cookie Monster has 5% tinted windows around the back. There are no curtains, although there are straps provided and plenty of little hooks to hang your clothes inside if you want to cover the windows. Although you won't need to, as no one can see inside (unless you have a light on) and you will block your view! Cooking utensils: There is a grill plate, small pot, plates, cutlery, knives, cups, cleaning stuff, chopping board, whistle kettle. Gas Mate is the burner. I have eskys as well. Just send me an email of the things you want in the van and the things you don't want.

There are no draws in the back of the van, so if you want to pack what ever you need, take out what you don't.. feel free to design the back area like you want! Thats the whole fun about going camping. I generally will recommend that you store the gas bottle in a specific position, so it doesn't roll around. I have a nice big watering jerry can. Although, if you don't need it.. I won't put it in! Sometimes this van works really great with less stuff.. so just really what you need. There is a tent fan and light that works really well in the cookie monster. T

Hiring rules

  • No smoking inside Cookie Monster.
  • Pets are ok, although they will be on your own linen.
  • You will need to bring your own sleeping and pillows. Although a mattress will be provided.
  • There are actually a couple of different set ups for the back. We either can put in a double mattress for you, or I have some fold out mango mattresses. These are good if you have one smaller person as one has a triangle. They are great for leaning on, create more space in the back, so if you want to set up the gas stove inside, although not as comfortable as a double mattress.
  • No 4wheel driving dirt roads are ok, although you will have to clean, and this won't be an enjoyable experience.
  • The gas stove has lasted pretty well. I don't want people to have to pay to fill it up when it just keeps going! We will have to negotiate the gas, if you are using it alot, you will probably have to fill it up. If you're not using it alot and just a couple of days, it should be ok.
  • Pick UP times can be flexible and will depend on my various work commitments.
  • Collection and Drop off in BOWDEN!
  • I'm only using the Camplify insurance, which means you have to be 25 years old!
  • The van is a manual and is super fuel efficient.
  • Airconditioning, Power Steering, Audio Aux.
  • There are a few cosmetic wears on the van, although any major changes will need to be an insurance claim.
  • Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Cancellations

Flexible

  • Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
  • Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
  • Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
