Notice Please when you return back the Caravan .. You need To ENTER THROUGH the EXIT.. REMEMBER The Caravan is very HIGH 4.2 meters high ( It will be your responsibility if there will be damage to the caravan ) Please PAY ATTENTION The caravan is only for use in a proper caravan park where their is 240v power supply and water supply,no off road camping or festivals etc.. Only the person who hires the caravan can take it away,with the proof of licence,also the person who hires this must have a electric brake controler in their car, I can supply one but it will be 80 dollars hire fee, if you do not have a brake controller on your vehicle or it is not rated to tow the weight of the caravan you cannot take it on hire and the hire of the caravan will be canceled.. The caravan has a standard 7pin flat plug for the lights and Brakes we are not responsible for a adaptor from squre to 7pin round or any different type of Plug thats required the hirer is responsable for this themselves. 👉please return the caravan clean or you will be charged an extra fee of $300 if you return it dirty

I will supply two propane gas bottles for the water and the Fridge the hirer either fills them themselfs or they can bring their own full ones there are leveling ramps wheel chalks supplied also electric lead and water . ... Cancellations

Strict

  • Cancel earlier than 45 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
  • Cancel between 45 and 20 days before the start of booking and receive a 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
  • Cancellations less than 20 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

    The caravan was easy to tow and set up. There was a comprehensive hand over of the van. The communication was good and responsive. I would definitely hire this van again.

    What a fantastic caravan for a family holiday! Maria's communication was top notch and Anthony was so helpful upon pick up and drop off! I can't speak highly enough of them, the van and the whole experience!
