Special towing information
Comes with a Redarc electric trailer mounted brake controller which means you don’t need a separate electric trailer brake system in your vehicle. The brake controller is built onto the camper and takes the brake signal input from the tow vehicle and can be adjusted for sensitivity within minutes. No need to bring your own electric trailer brake controller!

Hiring rules
- TOW
- EMERGENCY: If an accident occurs, pull over in a safe spot and call Camplify on 1300 416 133. They will advise the Hirer how to contact NRMA.
- DAMAGE: If damage happens, you must report it immediately who, what, where and when will be required.
- NO OFFROAD / NO BEACH DRIVING: and NO EXTENDED GRAVEL ROADS: Offroad driving must be preapproved before hiring the camper trailer. Please familiarise yourself with the exclusions, terms and conditions of the insurance coverage.
- CLEANING: Please make sure the camper trailer and all equipment are returned to us as you received them spotless!! Excessive cleaning will incur a charge.
- NO Smoking inside the camper trailer
- DRIVE EMERGENCY: If any engine warning lamps appear, pull over immediately and consult your vehicle's Owners Manual.
- COOKING: no cooking in the van please. Please use the Weber Baby Q provided.
- PETS: If pets are taken on camping trips, at no time are they allowed in the camper trailer and must remain outside at all times.
- Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Cancellations
Flexible
- Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

Darran 5.0Van was very clean and everything you need. Steph and Carlo were extremely helpful and took us through everything about the van and some great tips. The van was easy to tow and easy to setup with everything clearly labelled and check-list provided. Definitely recommend hiring this van for anyone who has a lower tow capacity than 2500kg.
