**Available for pick up/drop off. 😷 COVID 19 The van is disinfected thoroughly, cleaning supplies and hand wash. CHECK OUT THE FEATURES KITCHEN AND DINING - You can cook inside and eat outside or simply dine inside. - Big kitchen with a 4 Burner Gas Stove, Gas Oven and Grill with over head range hood and lighting - Large Dometic 3 way Fridge with seperate freezer section. - 12V powered tap and sink with 200L tank also has a manual recessed foot pump in floor for quick use or in the event the water pump fails electrically you can still manually pump water :) when water is available you can plug the van directly to the mains water supply and there is no need to fill tanks or have power to use the taps. - Cookware, plates, cutlery, untensils etc. - Outdoor camping chairs and optional large table - Cleaning - hand wash, spray, detergent, bug spray, dustpan/brush + recycling, and waste tubs - Antwood Gas/240V 23L hot water system for washing up and showering. Hot water available from shower, bathroom vanity and Kitchen Sink. Once on site the water hot water system takes about 30mins to heat up on gas. - Dometic reverse cycle Air-Conditioning with heating function too. -Queen bed with full size coil spring mattress for extra comfort Linen to be supplied including pillows, doonas and blankets etc -TV/DVD player. This system works on 240V with a full windup TV Aerial for free to air TV when camping on powered sites or using a generator. Off-Grid Ability Once off grid you can use this caravan easily. The fridge and hot water system can be used on gas economically Their is also 2 x 100AH batteries which will give you power for lighting and also to run the water pump when off grid. There is also a 12V socket to power 12V chargers A fold out solar panel is supplied to keep batteries topped up when camping off grid. Location - The caravan is located for pickup in Thornton NSW 2322. Thornton is situated 25mins from Newcastle CBD 50mins to Port Stephens 1 hour to Hawks Nest, Myall Lakes and Bulahdelah. 2 hours to Forster, NSW Caravan has very easy access for collection and drop off.

Hiring rules

• Strict no smoking policy internally. This includes under the awning and annex
• To tow this caravan you are required to have an electric brake controller. Tow rating minimum 2.5T with a 250KG ball load minimum
• Caravan fully loaded is 2.275T
• Independent leaf spring suspension.
• 50mm standard tow ball required.
• Twin linking chains required.
• Caravan has a brake safe unit fitted.

• Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Great Van great condition Good and well fit out, homely feel, all functioning utilities good size fridge and hot water shower and easy handle toilet empty cassette for us newbies.
