When making a booking request please ensure to included the following; - Where you plan to travel to and the proposed dates. - The tow vehicle and towing experience of driver. - How many people will be staying in the van.
Hiring rules
- No pets
- No smoking
- Maximum hire is 6 weeks
- Minimum hire during school holidays is 4 nights/5days
- Early pick up is $50.00 (pick up time 9am)
- Late return is $50.00 (drop off before 5pm)
- The van must be returned clean and in the condition it was received ($150.00 cleaning fee will apply if van isn't clean)
- Awning must not be used in bad weather or wind.
- Deposit to be paid within 2 days of booking acceptance to secure your booking.
- Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Cancellations
Strict
- Cancel earlier than 45 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 45 and 20 days before the start of booking and receive a 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 20 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
