PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING: MANDATORY FEE: The $50.00 'Per-booking' fee is mandatory for restocking consumables (gas, diesel for heater, toilet cassette fluid, toilet paper, kitchen cleaning equipment, napkins, paper towel, cling wrap, aluminium foil, baking paper) and does not include any cleaning. MANDATORY CLEANING FEE (CHOICE): For a booking to be accepted, YOU MUST CHOOSE either clean option - which includes full internal clean and sanitise, and external pressure spray. Note: emptying the toilet cassette during, and at completion, is always the hirers responsibility. Sorry, cleaning by the hirer is not possible. INCLUDED WITH NO ADDITIONAL COST: Cassette toilet. Preference for urine only. 2 x Gas bottles (minimum 1 full) Diesel heater Cutlery & food preparation utensils, crockery, cups, 2x plastic wine glasses, cooking pots & pans, plastic food containers, cleaning products/brushes/rags, cling wrap/aluminium foil/baking paper. Dyson Handheld Vacuum, broom + dust pan & brush. Fixed roll-out awning including 2x clothes line. Tent pegs & ratchet straps + hammer/peg remover. De-flappers for awning - small & large. Ladder - light-weight End and side mesh screens, plus additional tent pegs to suit. Camp chairs: 5 cheap/basic, for external use; bring your own if you like to relax! Fold up table: for external use. Appliances: Fixed internal 3kg washing machine. Note: will only work on mains water & power. Must use liquid detergent only (supply by hirer). Oven, grill and 3 x gas cooktop. All work on gas. One cooktop is 240v electric. Kettles: 1 electric, 240v mains only, 1 metal stove top, gas burner only Toaster: 4 slice, 240v mains only - hirer required to clean all components after use ADDITIONAL ITEMS FOR HIRE FEE (CHOOSE AT TIME OF BOOKING): Electric brake controller, suits 7pin tow vehicle socket. Generator (2kVa Honda, unleaded fuel only) Ziggy BBQ & foldable table. Additional fee includes cleaning, however a general scrape is necessary. Annex and vinyl tub floor 4-Bike rack. Suits up to 15kg x 4 bikes. Removable and can be attached to car tow ball for day trips. Double Kayak (inflatable) + 2x paddles
