Cancellations

Flexible

  • Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
  • Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
  • Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

    Craig and Donna were lovely to deal with and worked around our schedule for both pick-up and drop-off. Everything was explained thoroughly before hiring the van. They replied instantly with any questions we had. We highly recommend hiring from them.

    Great time away, we had rain every day unfortunately. But the van was very easy to set up and pack up. Hardest part was kitchen was outside and couldnt really use when raining as the awning doesnt quite cover kitchen or fridge and you still get alot of water come through between the van and the awning so everything outside gets wet. I guess not the best if expecting rain every day. But van had everything you would need and more.
