Dory is an automatic 3-seat Toyota HiAce campervan based in Ashtonfield/Maitland, NSW, available for hire via Camplify. Designed for two, this versatile van features a full kitchen and bench, comfortable mattress, water storage, fridge/freezer, gas cooker, on site power board for electric kettle and fan, and off-grid capabilities, making it ideal for adventurous road trips.

For a smooth trip with Dory, please keep these additional operational and safety details in mind: Vehicle Constraints & Driving Height & Clearance: The van is 2.4 metres high. It does not fit in car parks under 2.5 metres, car washes, or tight drive-thru corners. Fuel Requirements: Return the van with a full tank of Unleaded fuel. Please do not use E10. Off-Road Restrictions: Driving on unsealed roads, off-road, or in "red dust" areas is strictly prohibited. Distance Limits: The hire includes an average of 250km per day. Travel exceeding the total trip allowance is charged at $0.50 per kilometre upon return. * Distance and hire time negotiable at time of booking. House Rules & Care Cooking: For safety and to keep the interior fresh, please stick to outside cooking only. Pet Policy: Dory is pet-friendly for an extra $30.00 fee, but your furry friends must bring and use their own bed inside the van. Cleanliness: The van must be returned in a tidy condition. Excessive cleaning requirements may incur additional fees. Weather Precautions: Always pack away the awning and gazebo before bad weather or high winds arise to avoid damage. Essential Requirements Driver Age: The minimum age for hiring Dory is 25 years. Licence & ID: You must present a valid full driver's licence at handover. If you have an international licence not in English, an official translation or International Driving Permit is required. Handover Process: You will complete a Pre-Hire Checklist via the Camplify App with the owner at pickup to document the van's condition.

Cancellations

Flexible

  • Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
  • Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
  • Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
