* Pick up-drop of can be either in bondi beach or water, flexible pick and late drop of (evening) Serenity is fully insulated has all the extras you need for a perfect relax road trip, with all the modern comfort so you can live off grid :) Van has to be returned cleaned: inside, outside, fridge-dishes etc Van has to be returned with a full fuel tank if not you will get charged for full tank + 30$ for the time incurred If the van is given back uncleaned, stained, pet hair etc you will have to pay cost of the cleaning fee charged by a professional car detailing service Tolls are not included and will have to be paid after the trip LONG TRIPS: Minimum hire to Byron bay is 5 days Hirers a welcome to take the van up to 200 KMs a day average. This can be spread over a trip for example like 5 days 1000kms and if extra KMs a charge of 25 cents Excess KMs will be charged 25cents per KMs at the completion of the trip. We do this limit like most hirers as the more you drive the vehicle and more maintenance/ wear and tear will apply on our dear campervan.

Cancellations

Strict

  • Cancel earlier than 45 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
  • Cancel between 45 and 20 days before the start of booking and receive a 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
  • Cancellations less than 20 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

    Just returned from wonderful weekend in this van. It was everything we hoped for!! Kim and Ash were very helpful and flexible, set us up for a great trip. The van drove so well and fully equipped. Loved it Thank you

    Kims communication was great, he was available to chat and replied quickly. The van had all the necessary ammenities in the kitchen which meant we didnt have to buy anything! The van runs well on the flat roads but is a bit slower on the hills. It also drinks a fair amount of petrol. We were a little disappointed that the projectors remote wasnt available so we werent able to use it. The kitchen equipment also needed to be cleaned before use. Overall, the van was reliable, had everything needed for an adventure, and reasonable considering the price! Thanks Kim and Ash :)

    This is an old van and it shows its age. "Glamping" possibly refers to projector only.

    Nice van. You can tell it's older, but it drives very well, has good equipment and the communication with the rental company was very pleasant.
