Hiring rules
- Any pets must be toilet trained.
- Hirer must empty toilet for hires of more than 4 days for 2 people of 2 days for 4 people. Process is simple and hygienic and can be done into any normal toilet. Easy to follow instructions provided.
- Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Cancellations
Flexible
- Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
