Hiring rules
- No smoking inside
- Care for van as it were your own
- Not suitable for stormy or windy weather.
- Awning should only be used during daytime, pegged and without wind.
- If camping during winter months, we recommend booking a powered site in order to use the electric blankets supplied.
- If camping in a national park, be sure to fill the water tank in a petrol station before arriving to campground.
- If unsure on how to set up and pack caravan, please ask us and we will help. Otherwise there are several handy YouTube tutorials online. Setting it up and packing the wrong way can damage the caravan.
- Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Cancellations
Flexible
- Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
