Hiring rules

  • Please follow these simple rules during your trip:
  • 🚭 No smoking inside the van at any time
  • 🔐 Always lock the van doors when leaving it unattended
  • 🌧️ Close the roof fan and windows when rain is expected to avoid water damage
  • 🚫 Only park in legal and designated parking areas (no offroad or restricted areas)
  • 🧼 Please keep the van reasonably clean and tidy during your trip
  • 🏄‍♀️ Surfboard use is at your own responsibility — please secure it properly during travel
  • ⛽ Return the van with the same fuel level as pickup
  • 🕒 Respect agreed pickup and dropoff times
  • Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Cancellations

Flexible

  • Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
  • Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
  • Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
