Perfectly located for beach side getaways, island adventures and relaxing family trips, this Jayco Basestation is set up to make your holiday easy, comfortable and memorable. Hiring rules

  • We're so happy to share our van with you! To keep it in great condition for every guest and ensure everyone has a smooth experience; please take note of the following:
  • * No smoking inside the caravan at any time
  • * No pets unless preapproved prior to booking
  • * No open fires near or under the awning at any time
  • * Please report any damage or issues as soon as possible during your hire
  • * Please leave the van clean with rubbish removed and dishes washed before departure
  • * Toilet must be emptied before departure
  • Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Cancellations

Flexible

  • Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
  • Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
  • Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
