Hiring rules
- Please let us know your age, towing experience, if your car has electric brakes and can tow 3.5 tonne, as these details will be required for insurance
- Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

- Delivery fee
- Delivery fee set by the owner following confirmation of delivery address
Cancellations
Strict
- Cancel earlier than 45 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 45 and 20 days before the start of booking and receive a 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 20 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

Kathy 5.0Absolutely loved our Easter van hire experience! We are a Mum, Dad and three kids, and from the moment we arrived everything was ready to go the setup was perfect. The van was spotless, with brand new equipment and kitchen items, and even the chairs were already out, just waiting for us to sit back and relax. Big thanks to Paul & Bec for such a beautiful van and an easy, welcoming experience. Everything worked brilliantly, the shower had great water pressure, and we had hot water every single time. It made our trip so comfortable and stressfree. Highly recommend wed happily hire again!
