Daily hire includes 200km per day, with additional kilometres charged at $0.30 per km. The van is provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned full. Basic kitchen amenities are included free of charge for your convenience. For added comfort, a blanket and linen package is available for $50.00 per trip. Airport pickup and drop-off are available for $50.00 each way. Please treat the van with care and return it in the same clean condition. No smoking or pets allowed. Pickup and drop-off times must be agreed in advance. Late returns may incur additional fees. We take pride in offering a clean, premium setup so you can enjoy a smooth, stress-free trip — just pack your bags and go.”

Hiring rules

  • “Driver must be 25 years or older with a valid full licence.
  • No smoking or pets allowed in the van.
  • No offroad or beach driving permitted.
  • The van must be returned clean and in the same condition as provided.
  • Fuel must be returned full.
  • Late returns may incur additional charges unless agreed in advance.
  • Only approved drivers listed on the booking are permitted to drive the vehicle.
  • Any damages, fines, or tolls incurred during the hire period are the responsibility of the hirer.”

Cancellations

Strict

  • Cancel earlier than 45 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
  • Cancel between 45 and 20 days before the start of booking and receive a 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
  • Cancellations less than 20 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
