Located 2 minutes from the Spirit of Tasmania Terminal and 10 minutes from Devonport airport. We sold our family van and have bought this little van for 2 that we want to share with you. Its is compact with everything you need, including the kitchen sink, or more importantly, an ensuite. Inside the van there is a double bed that sleeps 2 (step up into bed), ample storage, couch, diesel heater and combined shower & toilet. Outside, you will find the slide out fridge, kitchen with gas cook top, fold out awning with privacy screen & outdoor shower unit. In the tunnel boot are all the extras you need including camp table (small enough to use inside as shown in pictures), chairs and floor mat. CAMPING OFF GRID - The van has water tanks to supply you with water when you are not able to connect to the town water supply and solar batteries when you are unable to connect to mains power. TV - there is a 12volt TV in the van. As there is no aerial, you will not be able to connect to free to air television. If you have access to internet, you can connect the television to your devices WiFi and log into your streaming platform of choice. There is a 12v outlet outside the van that the TV can be plugged into for outdoor movie night. CHARGING PORTS - There are usb ports inside the van for charging devices. LINEN - The prices listed include all bedding, towels, tea towels etc. MINIMUM HIRE - Minimum 2 days (1 night). During Easter holidays, minimum 3 days. During summer school holidays, minimum hire is 7 days. Happy to consider discounts for extended bookings. DELIVERY OF VAN - This option is subject to availability and location. The cost to deliver varies depending on day, time, location. I will always consider and attempt to accommodate reasonable requests. CLEANING - Please return the van in a neat and tidy condition. Please have all cooking equipment cleaned and put away and wipe up messes. If the van is returned dirty on the inside, an additional cleaning fee may be applied (as listed in extras). The chemical toilet must be emptied and cleaned or an additional fee will be applied (as listed in extras). Please do not clean the outside of the van, we have special products we use; a hose down is fine if it is needed. EXTRAS - we have a tent, additional camp chairs, swags, Bbq, additional chemical toilet to setup outside and shower/toilet tent that can be added to the hire for an additional charge. OPERATING THE POP TOP - We will go over how to pop the roof upon handover of the van.
