Hiring rules
- Toilet Cassette to be emptied and cleaned before return of hire.
- *chemicals provided.
- $100.00 cleaning fee to be applied at return of hire if not completed.
- Linen and towels supplied at a fee.
- Stoves,Sinks,Toilet & Bathroom all need to cleaned on return.
- Ensure the caravan is returned in good condition
- Gas bottles to be returned full
- Ensure jerry can is refilled with diesel if used
- No Smoking or Pets in Van
- Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Cancellations
Flexible
- Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
