Combining comfort and style, our 18ft caravan is your home away from home and is perfect for families of up to 5. Ideally, our caravan is perfectly suited to powered sites with electricity, water, and amenities. Our Van includes: • Air conditioner/heater • Queen bed with mattress topper and a Sirocco fan • 2 x Bunks • The table inside lowers and converts to a single bed • Inside shower and toilet • TV • Outdoor shower • Internal and External sound system (incl. Bluetooth) • Fridge/Freezer (3-way) • Indoor 4-burner gas cooktop and Sink • Hot water service (run off gas) • Microwave (240V) • 2 x 9kg gas bottles • 2 x 60L water tanks (Gives approx 4-5 days of water for a family of 5) • 100AH Batteriy • Solar Panel • Picnic Table and Chairs • Cupboard storage Off-grid, the water tanks if used for washing up and some drinking water, will typically last 3 days. With longer off-grid stays, you will need to bring lots of fresh drinking water and use the tanks sparingly for washing up. Please also keep in mind that our caravan does not have a toilet. * Please note that our van is currently for delivery only 150kms from Warriewood, NSW. * We have a minimum 5-7 night stay, depending on the time of the year * Minimum $150.00 delivery and setup cost for deliveries<20km

Hire Fee: From $160.00 per day
Service fee: $200.00
Delivery fee: $3.00 per km

Cancellations

Strict

Cancel earlier than 45 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
Cancel between 45 and 20 days before the start of booking and receive a 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
Cancellations less than 20 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
