Cancellations

Flexible

  • Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
  • Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
  • Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

    We hired this for 3 days, brung it back the next day. Van had lots of broken items or items difficult to operate, seems very used for the age. Bed had pet hair all over it, couldnt use as my wife is allergic to pet hair and got really itchy from it. There was also an ants nest created in the wheel guard which filled out campsite of ants.

    Blake brought the van back after just 24 hours and left it on the footpath in front of our neighbour and out of site from us with no message he had dropped it back early or any issues. When spotted it was left with keys in the door, and ready for anyone to hitch it up and just take. The message I sent immediately to him (which he has never replied to) was, is everything ok? Why did you not message me you were dropping it back? And you clearly drove it hard as plates fell out when opening cupboards, toilet rolls in the toilet had fallen out and the microwave almost fell out. The van is only four years old and has only been used for not even 30 days in those four years, its as good as new! There is nothing broken, everything works, the outside retractable cover is damn hard to use for a novice, all of them are, the ant nest? We have had no issues here and it only got fully serviced 3 days before this hire. Bed linen was fully washed and no pets have been in the van, quite frankly this is just all lies. We had a good interaction in the handover, said call us if any issues. And finally note his review came three days after he dropped it back and three days after my message to him which he again never replied to, we also tried to call him but no answer, honestly no idea what has gone on here!
